Lealties comes from two words: loyal and besties. We believe the best businesses are the ones that treat their customers like friends.
The idea
People go back to the places where they feel recognized. In a local business that happens every day: you know who comes in every Friday, what they order and what their name is. What almost never exists is a simple way to show them.
The loyalty tools on the market are built for large chains: they cost a lot, take months and force the customer to download an app nobody wants. Lealties does the opposite. The card lives in the Wallet your customer already has on their phone, and you get the program running the same day.
Who we are
We are a small team in Colombia. Today we work with local businesses and we build the product by listening to what people ask for at the counter. When you write on WhatsApp, someone who knows the product inside out answers.
